“Came in with a battery issue. Andrew and Fred were very kind and helpful. Because of my work schedule I couldn't bring the battery in except for an hour before they closed. I was thinking it just needed a charge. Fred offered for me to leave it over night and he would call me the next day when it was ready. I got a phone call the next day that the battery was no good and it was under warranty and they replaced it. I thank Fred and Andrew for their kindness and polite conversation while I waited.”
