“I was able to make it to Walmart after having my tire blow out, i went in and was told that they would not have any appointments available until Friday 13th! As I sat in my car, getting ready to call triple A, an older employee named Chris, observed my flat tire and told me that he would make an exception. I have never experienced customer service this amazing to actually take it upon myself to write a review! Not only did Chris agree to fix my tire while being completely booked, the man literally changed it within 8 minutes!! I was told id have to wait at least 45 (which given the circumstance isn't bad) Chris, “old man” as he likes to call himself, you're amazing! Thank you for saving me the hassle and stress, I appreciate you!!”
“I want to thank Sam for her help dedicated assistance and help on two separate occasions. I ordered a part for my Tundra online and it was not the right size. There was a mistake on the K&N web site. Sam knew she could figure it out and she did! I went back today for some wipers and she was there again and had my wipers changed before I finished paying.
