“On a recent visit to my storage unit at 310 NE 25th, I encountered difficulty accessing the climate controlled area where I rent a unit. The app wasn't recognizing my location and I struggled to gain access. Initially I tried getting help at the kiosk at the entrance to the facility. The first person that popped up on the kiosk hung up on me and the second person was not able to provide me with any helpful information to allow me to gain access. I was extremely frustrated and was ready to leave without being able to accomplish what I came there for. But then, God sent me an angel named Paul Hookey. He was so kind and took the time to personally make sure I could get into my unit. He really cared and went above and beyond to help me. I am truly grateful for his support! Thank you again Paul! I will always remember you and the kindness you gave when I needed it the most.?”

“Out of what seemed like 5O Uhaul places in Ocala-literally every time i looked, it was as if they were on every corner-this was the ONLY store that had anything stocked. After 2 days of stopping at each one i came across, i finally walked into this store And it was able to grab the few boxes, labels,tape, and packing paper with no issues. The women behind the counter were knowledgeable and kind and helped me find what i needed and check out within 5 mins. I dont know why the other stores seem to have such an issue keeping their products stocked up, but ive never seen anything like this! It seems like my husband and i are always helping someone move, renovating a house for our own family, helping friends, And opening new business offices-and one of the 1st things we learned is that uhaul sells all of that stuff at the absolute best quality and for the cheapest price. But people like me cant buy from them if they’re always out of stock so i hope the other locations take a hint from this store and keep

I Mentioned the low rating on google to the agent, he said the only people leaving reviews were unhappy customers that were unable to get the car they ordered. Usually the reservations were made the same day, I assume online. These complaints should be aimed at more at reservation system or Budget. I suspect Local locations don’t have the inventory to accommodate every request.”
