I appreciated the confirmation the day prior as well as a text and call when they were on their way. They are quick, but careful with your belongings and professional. Impressive driving skills as they had to maneuver a large truck in a tiny storage facility. Reasonable prices too. I paid half of the estimate because they bill actual time and were able to get done sooner. They even helped put something together for me and brought in a heavy piece from my garage that wasn't even part of the move. Everything about my experience was a good one! “This storage facility is great!! Many different unit sizes, very well maintained, and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service is even better. Debbie is AMAZING!! She was so incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating since I I was from out of town & needed to put my furniture in storage that day. On the day I moved we were running late & she waited for us, after the main office had closed. She was so patient & made sure I was able to get inside after hours with my movers, & she made sure I was safe! She was a Godsend for me!”

“The one on Lake Weir in Ocala did not have an office it had a machine! Actually, it worked out great. The unit I'm renting is in Summerfield. I stopped by to make a payment and there was no one at the office. On my way to Ocala I saw this one. I stopped and they have a machine! I was able to make the payment. Very happy with this system.”

I was baffled.She courteously guided me through the payment process, emailed docs for my records and texted the code that would remove the lockout...pleasantly.Asked her to marry me ... alas...some lucky dog already got there ... sooooo ... I settled for adopting her.Yep ...she's THAT GOOD.”

The lady I had spoken to ( sorry, I did not catch her name) was really nice, understanding, and apologetic regarding the gate issue. She promised to look into the gate's timer for this facility as I mentioned that the gate was open for the entire 1.5 hrs we were working on our camper. Your phone call meant a lot and was really appreciated. Thank you ?”

“Conrad, the maintenance guy at Otter Self Storage on Blitcton rd...what a stellar guy!! We decided that we didn't need our Storage unit any longer, at least for now, so we started moving some things out. Without even a second of hesitation Conrad asked if we needed anything. I did need a hand with a large table, and he was so very kind to assist. Then, without asking, he just started helping knowing that my wife and I are elderly. A unit owner next to us arrived, and said the same thin, that Conrad was a gem. That gentleman feels the same way we do, Otter Self Storage is very fortunate to have this young man! He is a valuable asset to this company. He told us that he loves coming up with ideas to save money while still giving customers an excellent experience at Otter. Dump station, water fill, ice machine, tire air hose, and washing your RV/equipment or boat. A lot of thought went into the design of this facility. Different levels of storage at competitive prices makes Barracuda a go to place if you can't find a place for that new boat/RV. Can't recommend highly enough.”
