Service always out and they are horrible at fixing it. My kids need internet to do homework and they can’t do that when we have no internet. Had multiple techs out to the house and the last one stated that the problem isn’t our house but at their end. Why am I paying so much for crappy services

Currently down. All customers in the dark about restoral as Cox doesn't communicate to customers need. Even the recording hangs up on you. The.Worst.. update they are minus 20 stars after 2nd FCC complaint in a week.

Awful service, RUDE customer support! Company STEALING money, CREATING cases themselves and BLAME customers, sending random accounts to debt collection agency. Avoid dealing with them AT ANY CASE!
