“Always shop there for my sun since they're teenagers for years. Now my boyfriend likes a lot of their clothing cologne and accessories. I bought a few pieces there myself. Very happy with my choices and the new line of sweatshirts are really cute. Made of soft good material that washes really well. Last year I purchased a coat they're really cute with a faux fur hood. “started off at drive thru ATM, rep Mariby advised of my need to go inside, rep Ken greeted me within half a minute of my entering, no smile throughout our conversations on the surface he was nice but I felt an air of haughtiness deep down, did not seem well versed on his computer either, idk maybe he's new and still getting to know your system, anyway he tried to help but had to have me wait for other rep due to my needs regarding replacement credit card, apparently it's only quick and easy to replace a debit card only, not a credit card though, I was first in the waiting area, soon two other separate people joined me there to wait our turns, Sundra called my name correctly, she was exceptionally nice, very helpful, incredibly personable, and super efficient, I felt rushed near the end though, apparently a lonnng line of people came in after me, all my needs were met plus one I didn't know I even needed, now to patiently await my new card, I reeeally need it for going out of town in twelve days!!”

“I love shopping here. They have really good prices on nice clothing and shoes. Great hair and makeup products as well. Only negative thing about this store is they have a couple ladies in there who are total Karen's. One lady with short greyish brown hair was telling people they couldn't use the dressing room because they were closing it to be cleaned (most places would have let the few people in to try on their clothes being that the store wasn't closing for another three hours) and another lady with very short black hair was aggressively pulling sneakers off shelves because their alarm was going off and then she was slamming the shopping carts back into the spots with the others and my kids even noticed how crazy the lady was acting. She didn't smile or make eye contact with anyone. It was kind of strange. Not a good person to have in customer service. Other than those two the staff is friendly.”
“This is our favorite Ross, and it happens to be in the city we live in. I feel obligated to leave a solid 5-star review simply because every time I shop in this store I'm welcomed with a greeting at the front door. The store is always kept clean and organized. The staff always seem to be friendly and informative, The fitting rooms are clean. I believe Larry is the manager at this location he is always productive, as well as friendly, and this man is always smiling and making sure everyone is having a great shopping experience. I sure hope that Ross takes care of this employee (Larry) as he certainly takes good care of his customers and associates.”
