“This is our favorite Ross, and it happens to be in the city we live in. I feel obligated to leave a solid 5-star review simply because every time I shop in this store I'm welcomed with a greeting at the front door. The store is always kept clean and organized. The staff always seem to be friendly and informative, The fitting rooms are clean. I believe Larry is the manager at this location he is always productive, as well as friendly, and this man is always smiling and making sure everyone is having a great shopping experience. I sure hope that Ross takes care of this employee (Larry) as he certainly takes good care of his customers and associates.”
“I really like what I see going on at this store. We moved to NP a little over 4 years ago and really enjoyed having this little market so close to home. Then for a while there was a noticeable difference for s time where the store appeared dirty and the staff appeared unhappy. I'm sure glad that things are coming back around. I really like the friendly and helpful staff that's working there now.”
“I get almost everything I need here. In Sarasota, most of the Walmarts are never fully stocked. In Port Charlotte it’s the same. It’s only here that I get what I really want. The only thing they run out of very fast is half and half, other than that, their international aisle, produce section and bakery is always fully stocked. I have also found that there are more sales on baby and kids clothing here”

“I couldn't believe how many women were shopping in there! Prices were good. As with many stores, not the natural fibers. Hard to find any nice solid tailored dresses. But, all the women had their hands full of garments it seemed.”
