Within minutes of my inquiry, I received a response and got connected with Sebastian Mohadeb. From the first contact Sebastian was fantastic to work with. He was patient and addressed all of my questions. Since I was from out of town, we scheduled to do a complete walkthrough of the car on FaceTime.
We closed the deal, I flew in to Miami, test drove, and was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. As I have bought many cars over the years in multiple locations, this was actually one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership, but more importantly a sales person.
As Sebastian knew I had a 12 hour drive back, he called me several hours later just to check how I was feeling and if I was doing ok on the road. Was that service or just someone who actually cares about their customers? I think both.”

“Granted the place is a bit hard to find the first time, however it is well worth the effort. They did a superb job on my Jeep Liberty. Carla the manager listened to what I needed, then made some excellent recommendations as to the Paint and other services associated with a full body re-paint for the Jeep. She offered me two different grades of paint to choose from (a deluxe and a classic) then told me exactly how many days it would take to complete the work and even offered to look for and mount the emblems that would be lost in the process. Since my Jeep is a 2003 model, I chose the lower cost paint package (around $1,600). When I went back to pick up the vehicle I was surprised at how great it looked. The paint job has a 3 Yr warranty. The whole crew is very competent and courteous. Carla is an exceptional office manager who really cares about each customer.”
“This place was a life saver and a time saver. They also have great customer service. I was able to find a windshield wiper that advance auto parts tried two different wipers to get on and couldn’t. The rep Bertrand at O’ Reilly only tried one time and got the correct wiper on. He was also able to change a tail light and air filter really quick! It’s great to have a store with products in stock and able to assist you in putting it in. Love this place!”
