Within minutes of my inquiry, I received a response and got connected with Sebastian Mohadeb. From the first contact Sebastian was fantastic to work with. He was patient and addressed all of my questions. Since I was from out of town, we scheduled to do a complete walkthrough of the car on FaceTime.
We closed the deal, I flew in to Miami, test drove, and was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. As I have bought many cars over the years in multiple locations, this was actually one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership, but more importantly a sales person.
As Sebastian knew I had a 12 hour drive back, he called me several hours later just to check how I was feeling and if I was doing ok on the road. Was that service or just someone who actually cares about their customers? I think both.”

He was able to install my new battery and told me rather my starter was draining my battery or not. He helped me every way he knew how. “Had a great experience with Calvin and Jose. I live in Chicago and Miami and have had 33 Mercedes over the last forty years. I was getting a ceramic coating on a car next door to Mercedes Service and thought the car I was driving needed an oil change and B1 service. So, I decided to take it to Calvin since it was convenient. He and his team did a great job and even though it was difficult to get the exact oil level, they came to my house to make sure the level was ok and adjusted the level back at the shop. That’s a business with a lot of integrity!”

“i went in to get free on because my air has been warm but i didn’t know what to do, the assistant manager there was so kind and helpful to get me what i needed and he ask Luis if he wanted to help assist me since i didn’t know what to do. LUIS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! he even pointed out a few other things i need to get checked that i didn’t know about, (there was another place that told me it was the compressor, which would have been so much more expensive) Luis told me it was something to do with the computer and after messing around with the temperatures for a bit it started working again!!! it’s starting to get really hot in florida again so all his help was immensely appreciated. even though it was hot out he took the time to help and give great advice and everything, i’m so happy!!! thank you luis!!!”

I am so grateful for these folks in the Service Dept at Audi North Miami. Long story short- I had a very stressful tire issue on my new Q8 on the way to the MIA Intl airport from where I live in Orlando right before a 2 1/2 week California vacation. I was having a horrible time getting in touch with a dealer closer to where the car was towed to in Miami and they were giving me a runaround, not being responsive nor helpful and were horrible. After almost a day and a half of stress dealing with them and this issue from California I called Audi North Miami and Robin who I’ve since nicknamed “Robin Hood” answered immediately, and just said yes yes yes. The car was brought to them the next day and they handled everything. Juan in the service Dept. took over when the car arrived and I am so grateful to him.
