Bad customer service, Rita who is the manage manager told me “what do you want me to do” ??? It’s like they don’t care about their customers. Infernal!!! More than 45 minutes in line to make a deposit smh.

Waiting 25 minutes to make a deposit, 4 ladys behind the counter , only one taking care of the customers, 20 people on line and the manager asking where everyone?. I'm glad that I don't have my money in this bank

The worst place, the service is very bad and they don't deposit the checks correctly. I have been asking for a check for several days and if they can't find it, they threw away my checks.
No vayan a esta sucursal el servicio es malo me botaron un cheque y aun no me dan respuesta. ??
