And while waiting in the line I couldn't help but noticed customers are giving her a hard time with yelling and disrespectful her. I felt very uncomfortable in setting for her and Quamara kept it nothing but very professional with them by still speaking in a very calm kind tone. I Can tell she's very kind and has a sweet personality and has tough skin because she's always smiling. I don't appreciate this establishment allowing customers to verbally abuse her. Nobody should be going through that. Please kick those rude people out the door and deny service. We stan Quamara! Thanks for your hospitality queen you are too pretty and gentle to accept this from your customers. and also to the management y'all should be paying her EXTRA for her to stop the task she's doing to come run and translate for another client that can't speak English when she could've be handling her first client. “Great place to meet people and socialize. I’ve been coming here frequently since I work near by, but I don’t get along with my co-workers. I often come to BofA to make small talk with the 2 tellers for as long as possible. Sometimes the other customers in the line get anxious but it’s not my fault that my life is so interesting. I usually can get about 20 minutes of chatter with the teller before people in the line start vocalizing their complaints and I am forced to leave.”
