“Imagine going from N.M.B 12 Ave branch 1 star treatment location. To leave pissed to come to another branch to get service within 1 minute. Being greeted by a female and male with Good morning, smile, and great energy. Forget walking to the teller training another with a smile on her face. She was engaging and energetic on a Monday. I nearly felt guilty for not coming here first to continue my great morning. That was turned upside down by the Ne 12 Ave location.
I normally get great service at this branch and always willing to help. Even with me losing my bank card. Which she was willing to help me with. Which I completely forgot till she tried to help me I could have ordered it online. LoL. Which I thanked her for after offering to help me multiple times. No, I was not dressed up when I come here straight here. Normally gym attire because of work and tenants. Therefore the service I receive is not because they know me or have a birds side view of my account walking through the door. It's because they are professionals and they treat a person in gym clothes they way they treat a person in a suit. You never know who your high rollers are in life...or people that have your stocks”

“The bank employees came out Pryor to bank opening and stated as ll Chase banks were having an issue getting there system up and going. They said they asked that we come out of the drive through lanes only thing working is ATM that was at 8:45am”

“I love this hidden gem. Walking through the door and being greeted like family by Mrs Maday Perez never fails to greet me by my name. Shows the same attention to everyone I have sent to her to open Cd's. As a brick and mortar location Popular gives the greatest Cd rates compared to my other bank BOA. The bigger Popular which takes time for someone to notice you. The tellers are always inviting and helpful at this location. I have a place in Hallandale Beach and drive right past the Aventura location. Journeying to Miami Gardens location. Which I hate driving lol. This says it all don't you think about the service!”
