525 Pine Island Rd u, North Fort Myers“Yris in customer service was very helpful when my husband's phone would not turn on. She took care of him when he got the phone in September 2023 and knew it should be covered by Motorola's warranty. She was able to print off the receipt with IMEI number and stayed with us while we called Motorola. She was very helpful and is an asset to Cricket. Thank you Yris”
“I went in there to switch from boost to metro. I was having so many issues with boost. The employees there went above and beyond to contact boost to get me everything I needed to port over to them. Juan even made sure the port was complete and took the time to contact his support so I wouldn’t have to return. I would definitely recommend this store. They are the best!”
“Walked into the retail store. Very clean environment. Was greeted by Victor. This gentleman went above and beyond to help me with my wireless needs. The best part about this interaction is that the whole time Victor answered all my questions and felt him wanting to help. Thanks again.”
“The woman Ashley that works there is very knowledgeable and helps you to find the best plan and phone assiocated with that plan. I have had no bad experiences at this store. And you cant beat metros prices on everything they got it going on. You should check them out get more bang for your buck. And make sure you ask for Ashley she is a sweetheart”
“I am not at all a tech savvy person so helping me is a challenge. And the problem i brought to Ryan was way beyond my capability to resolve. It struck me early in the conversation that Ryan "got me" and understood what I felt was the problem. Turned out this issue did not have an easy 1 - 2 - 3 solution. It was complicated, really complicated, dealing with the tech people of one of the big commuicaton companies (we all know what that's like to tackle with, major headache). But Ryan hung in there every step of the way and had conversations with the agents I would have had no idea how to do. (Knows the lingo so he could move things along). All to say, I think Ryan is a good starting point when you've got an electronic challenge. Give him a whirl.”
