They were on time, and once the contract was signed there were no surprises. They are very reasonable too. Jose and Brian took care of all the permits and engineering requirements. “It was a rocky start ordering vinyl flooring for our condo. We are from out of state so we were on a time schedule. The flooring we picked was supposed to be delivered to the store in 2 weeks. 10 days after ordering we found out that it was running late and couldn’t they couldn’t give a date. We changed the flooring and that came on time but when delivered they were 11 boxes short. Well thank goodness for Moe Rodriguez and helper Katie for getting the 11 boxes and delivering it to us. From there it took 2 weeks for it to get installed and we specifically made it clear that we were on a time schedule. Home Depot said it was a slow time for the installation and there would be no problem. They also said that it would all be done in one day. When we called for installation they told us 5 days. The installation day finally came and Cliff Hill and helper showed up and the job was completed in 3 days. They did a fantastic job and respected our belongings like it was there own.”

“I wanted a washer machine. Lowes had on in stock. The associates in appliances were awesome. I was in and out in less than an hours. Just wish I got the 10% Veterans discount but they didn't honor it on appliances. I got a great Whirlpool washing machine for $520 including tax.”

“I had 3 electric hurricane screens installed this week. The installers were Johnny and Louis. I cannot thank them enough for the great job they did on installation and explaining the use of the product. I have 3 dogs, and they were very conscientious about the gates and doors being open. They showed up when they said they would, and made sure the jobsite was cleaned up at the end of both days. They set a high bar for other installers to compete with. Between them, and the quality of StormSmart’s products, I couldn’t be happier.”

“Typical Lowe's store in that it is clean and nicely stocked, and the aisles are plenty wide. The parking lot was crowded, and it can be a little awkward getting in and out of this place due to the store being located at the intersection of two major roads. All in all, a good visit.”
