“It was clean but we didn't like the location of our room. They put us in the building separate from the check in office. Very clean, comfortable bed. They did not have a recycle bin. I didn't take photos.Food & drinks: There was a restaurant located on the main floor and menu was great. We had dinner there. The included breakfast of the hotel was below par (not the same as the restaurant). Took a while to replenish items. The food was cooked in the main hotel and delivered to the breakfast hall.”

“What a worderful gem this boutique hotel is. Chris was so very helpful to us and showed exceptional customer service from check in to check out. The concierge Art gave us great suggestions on what to see in the area and Daniel was a lovely server for lunch as we were waiting to check out. Every person made us feel welcome and valued.The boutique hotel is located perfectly on ocean dr, just at the beginning so the hustle and bustle and noise is far enough removed for a quiet stay in walking distance of everything and right across from the beach.Highly recommend this lovely hotel for your next stay at south beach. “Listen!! I can’t stop raving about the W as a hotel chain! This was my 2nd time at one of the hotels and we felt the warmth and welcome the second we arrived!From the moment we walked in and in till we left, the treatment was five solid stars! Our concierge Sole checked in on us everyday until we checked out! They provided a hand written welcome card with some yummy snacks.The breakfast was definitely worth any additional cost! Overall worth the priceRooms: Was upgraded to the Oasis with an ocean view, 1.5 bathroom with a full kitchenette!”

“Excellent hotel. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised as I didn’t expect that level of service in Miami Beach. The front desk was very helpful and responsive. The room was exceptionally clean. They offer a pretty impressive selection of food for brunch. Very nice warm pool for cold days. Despite the size of hotel it doesn’t feel crowded. Exquisite design and peaceful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay at Setai. Highly recommend!”

We experienced a double charge, reversed but inconvenient and we had to call to adjust the service to our needs with unusual frequency. “Really enjoyed staying here. The room was a lot more spacious than what I expected. Yes, our building didn’t have an elevator but it wasn’t that big of a deal. It’s self check in but they had someone at the lobby some of the days who was very friendly. Big bonus that it comes with two chairs and towels at the Boucher Brothers stand and we didn’t have to pay $20 a day for the chairs. I’ve stayed at other hotels on Ocean Dr that charge way more than what I paid for at this hotel and they were terrible. This location isn’t right on the beach but it was a 5 min walk and right above a lively street with amazing food. Definitely recommend and will be booking here again.”

“Gaythering Hotel and it's on Miami Beach off Alton Rd. I had stayed in a room on the third floor with a friend who was on vacation and decided to stay there. Drank and smoked and had a good time. If your Gay this place is the place to maybe meet people with common interests. “The team at this location is incredible! We had our company meeting here (30-40 guests) and we received great feedback on the hotel's location, amenities, cleanliness, quality of service, friendliness and of course helpfulness. Our group occupied a large number of rooms over our time there, as well as their meeting room which fit us well. The Angler team handled everything well and made everything work out seamlessly, especially for our meeting needs. We want to thank: Our super stars Laure, Augene, Diego and Christy (F&B, A/V and meeting room needs), Elizabeth and Luciana (room and reservations) and the front desk/lobby team Ramiro, Monica, Maira, Anthony, Hussien, and Gabriel. Valet Roman was also very gracious with our parked vehicles and unloading/loading needs. Additionally, since the hotel works with Georgios, they were able to help us get in contact with Santorini's team for our final team dinner which was amazing.I recommend this location and team for personal and professional needs. “The only word to describe this hotel is wow! What a wonderful and pleasant time I had at the 1 hotel I checked in around 1 PM, and the room wasn’t ready but they took our bags and gave us access keys to the facility for the day until the room was ready Had a wonderful time at the beach with Loura and Jose with set us up on the beach. I asked for a cabana and they gave it to me a great spot an hour into our day and the hotel text me to inform me that my room was ready. I told them I was still at the beach and enjoying my day so they sent my bags up and gave me my room number and informed to download the 1 hotel app and linked my digital key so I could go and have access to room whenever I was ready so I can finish the day at the beach and went up to the room to my bags in the room waiting for me and the room I got a king size suite that was a maculate the cleanest room I ever been in I made reservations at the rooftop restaurant the food was a Japanese cuisine that was excellent after finishing I went to the lobby where I met Ruth that was so nice asked her if I can check out late since I had late flight the next day she gave me the room till 12pm and informed and help me book a shower room with concierge, so I can stay the day and enjoy the pool and beach for rest of the day I had a 4pm reservation where they gave me a room to shower and change with my family and get ready for my flight that night. What a great experience I had at this hotel I travel a lot and by far this, Hass to be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I will definitely be back and enjoy this place one more time. “Stayed here before we left on a cruise- the hotel is really beautiful! Clean, peaceful, and the lounge area was moody with great live music. Food and drinks were also amazing. The bar staff heard it was our honeymoon and sent us a round of drinks which is always so nice and not expected! The staff we had contact with were the nicest people and very helpful. You even have the amenities the next day of your stay even if you’re checking out.”

“Upscale hotel bar resembling the decor of an old library- lighting on the dimmer side (to set the right mood), a fireplace, bookshelves, etc. The service is great, and the bartenders know their way around craft cocktails. The food served comes from the hotel restaurant- it is decent. The best is their happy hour menu, which offers select bites and classic cocktails for $8 each. They are good. “Turned out to be a very nice hotel. We had some trouble with the reservation because it was made with a third party travel site but ended up being okay. You do become a second class citizen when you do that though. It is a Hilton property and they definitely want you to reserve through Hilton only. The room was nice, the bathroom is designed so that whoever is in the room can hear everything that goes on in there though, there are even shutters that open to the bathroom. Our room was changed upon arrival, we gained a balcony the lost the king bed and instead had two double beds. There was a big up charge for a view of the ocean so we settled for a view of the city and Intercoastal Waterway.Safety: The hotel very safe there was security presentWalkability: There really isn't anywhere to walk to from this hotelFood & drinks: There are numerous choices in the hotel for food and drink”

Room was not ready upon arrival but they were very nice about it. I would stay here again despite the minor issues which could be improved in no time :)”

They scream at you, housekeeping service does not come to do your room even if you call 4 times. They dont even leave you towels. This is absolutely insane. Never stay here.”

I've always enjoyed every stunning Mandarin Oriental location I've visited in the past. I would expect nothing less of the Lunar New Year prosperity decor and spectacular Miami Biscayne Bay waterfront night skyline views at Mandarin Oriental Miami. We enjoyed Peruvian dinner at La Mar by Gaston Acurio inside the hotel where my event industry friend has done business at this venue. If only we had more time before our next destination of the evening. I would happily return here for relaxing drinks in the sleek lounge or catch a sunset the next time we are in this Magic City.”
