    Been banking here for about 10 years, never a bad experience. Walked in without an appointment and got currency exchange handled by Olivia in the lobby with great ease. I always recommend PNC when the topic of banking comes up.

    I'm surprised to see bad reviews. I have had pleasant experiences at PNC and especially this branch in New Smyrna. I do always make an appointment for wires and other major transactions.

    I've been dealing with PNC for the last 15 years. The last four of them with New Smyrna Beach PNC. Everyone has been great there, Karen has been especially helpful. I went to hesitate for a second to open up an account there.
