“My experience with space coast has been almost perfect. I've had a couple of snafus here and there in the past couple of years, but then good customer service fixes it and makes me feel better. They are usually very customer friendly.I would really really like to give credit to Kyle in the Walmart branch. Because he really is always very kind, compassionate, professional, helpful, etc. and redeems my confidence in the security of my assets being held by SCCU. There have been a couple reallt great phone reps as well. I wish i could remember their names.”

“I received a scam call claiming they are from social security and they need me to empty my bank account. I knew it must be a scam so I conferences in this local branch and the amazing employee, Crystal, who answered the line went above and beyond. She got a New Smyrna Sargent on the line who helped and got the scammer to confess it's a prank call. Luckily, I was aware it was a scam, but someone who's elderly may not have . This employee is a great asset to Chase. I truly hope she is commended for her quick action to protect her customer!”

“Left Launch in Edgewater due to check cashing issues, ATM being down 24/7 for the better part of 2 years now, and went to TD to cash the weird pseudo check I was mailed from a failed attempt at cashing my payroll check I had been cashing there for 3 yrs plus. Once in TD the manager approached me when I mentioned that I had called. She very happily with a smile jumped into action telling me ' course I remember you John'! She then proceeded to cash my weird check I had issue with at launch and even waived the 10.00 cashing fee usually added for a non member. I am already a new member of TD, and want to say, if you have ever wanted a bank that tries at perfection, but at the same time knows perfection is impossible in a realistic life setting. They are understanding, they listen, they CARE. That makes a bank transform from a cold vault that stores my money for me, to a trusted family like feeling if leaving your money in trusted hands that care about your financial outcome(even though banks in general don't give me that warm fuzzy feeling) it's worth noting that TD bank in edgewater welcomes you, and treats you like family!”

“Happy the bank is open on Saturdays since I had to drive over from Edgewater. It's too bad one had to stand on a line with 2 tellers at their stations, while waited with my fractured foot. Do not get to bank to early you will be asked to move your car due to "security reasons" go figure. But staff member Wendy is excellent with counting$”

“I currently do not bank it, Wells Fargo however, I had a cashiers check that was written from Wells Fargo. I called this location and spoke to the branch manager. His name was Joseph Palmer, and he went above and beyond with helping me and informing me of everything that is involved with a cashiers check. Typically if you don’t have an account with a bank. People tend not to be very helpful. Mr. Palmer was more than helpful and he exceeded. Any expectation I may have had. I highly recommend doing business with him and this branch.”
