Brought my Altima in for a routine service and was greeted by the manager Sam. She was super sweet and she directed me on where to go and helped cash me out at the end. Will definitely coming back for service in the future! Great customer service.

It took 2.5 hrs just to find what was wrong. The reason I came in for plus several other things. One of those things being something I had done just over a month ago. Makes you wonder. They have a lot of people working there, some seem to have a lot of down time. People were very pleasant.
