“I joined F45 Trinity Gym 7+ months back, and overall, my experience has been superb and positive. I am loving it very much. I am so addictive to F45 that missing a day in month feel like I have missed something. I love being part of this amazing community.
The staff & coaches at F45 Trinity is truelly friendly and professional. The coaches are knowledgeable and offer personalized, customizable workout plans and advice for each members based on need, which you can not find any where else, without having personal coach.
F45 Trinity Gym is well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights.
Cleanliness is a high priority at F45 Trinity. Equipment is regularly sanitized, and cleaning supplies are available for members to use after they finish their workouts.
It’s a solid choice for anyone looking to improve their fitness.

“Good equipment. Reasonable hours. Pools kept in good shape.
Friendly employees.
Needs more classes.
Overpriced for a small family.
Don't go weekdays around 3 pm when it is overrun with irresponsible teens.”
“The staff is a very friendly and that facilities are always clean. For a smaller gym it has a lot more equipment than you’d expect. It is never overwhelmingly full and it’s a relaxed environment to workout in. Constantly improving and maintaining the building. Would recommend if you want a local, relaxed place to workout.”

9023 Little Rd, New Port Richey“Been going here for 7 1/2 months no issue. Crowded around the evening and early night but to be expected ‘round here. Way nicer bathrooms with a workable scale unlike the Holiday PF. Only complaints I would have are too many treadmills and not enough cable racks or free weight barbells that go up above 60 lbs instead of just smith machines. But that’s true for all PFs. There is also no side lateral raise machine, unlike at the Holiday PF, which I would love to have instead of a 2nd preacher curl machine or one of the abs machines that hardly get used. But it’s all good I can use side laterals via cable or dumbbell for now.”
“Every time I go to the gym I go excited knowing that I have a ball full of energy called “Mara” waiting on the other side to great me with nothing but excitement and kindness. Coming to the gym was scary but her (along with the rest of the staff *Shoutout Jorge*) have been the best team we’ve been ever able to come across. Thank you Crunch !”
“Lots of reasons I prefer this gym. #1, excellent trainer Carrie Deaner, with positive attitude and extensive knowledge of exercises/variations that have decreased pain and improved my strength! Truly impressed by my results with her, highly recommend. #2 upbeat but not blaring music, people are serious about their workouts, I go during the day, never too crowded. #3 variety of workout equipment helps me from getting bored when I’m not with Carrie. #4 classes available. Bathrooms being remodeled. Great gym.”
“I have been a resident of NPR for over 20 years. I have seen gyms come and go. I was a member at this gym a few years ago until COVID hit. (They let me cancel over the phone.) When COVID hit, I worked out at my home gym in my six-car garage. Prior to this throughout the last 20+ years in NPR, I worked out at the old Gold's Gym on US 19 then to YMCA in Trinity then to Family Fitness on Little Road (which is now a Powerhouse Gym) and this one on US 19. I recently returned to this location after losing 18 pounds :) This location is convenient. Never had a problem or issue with the people at the front desk at this location or with other gym members. (I also maintain my yearly gym membership with LA Fitness but there aren't any locations close by.) I was going to try Crunch Fitness but it is way too crowded for my liking. I used to be a member at Planet Fitness but it is too far from my house. I did not return to YMCA in Trinity because it's become very very crowded. I could barely get a good workout at YMCA... so I left. If you are serious about working out, try out this gym. They do offer paper towels and disinfectant spray for those of us who wipe down the equipment. (There is one near the stretching area closest to the front desk, another one behind the treadmills, and one near the cardio equipment infront of the mirror.) It is not as updated or fancy as other gyms, the bathrooms are not perfect, and the parking lot surface could use some improvements but I love working out here. Whether young or old like me, people here are serious about their workouts. When I workout here, it is never too crowded. (I cannot afford to get sick.) I never have to wait too long for a machine, free weights, bench, or the squat rack. *** I tried to take pics of the interior of the gym. Incognito. Hope this helps somebody lol Oh the link on their website for a free 10-day pass does not work. Do not let it deter you. Either call them or walk in to speak to them. They have been nice to me. They offer one-month memberships if you want to try it out before committing or if you are visiting the area and want a place to workout. TLDR: If you like your space and want to get a good workout in with free weights, machines, and/or cardio machines, this is the place. (They also offer group exercise classes.) I like getting my second cardio session of the day on one of the cardio machines plus lift weights. People do not stare at you and the staff members don't push personal training on me which adds 1 star to their rating. No one bothers me. I love it!”
“First ever crossfit class and it was such an amazing experience! The owner made me feel extremely welcomed and pushed me hard. He gave extremely proficient demonstrations for every exercise and motivated everyone through all of them. As a gym owner myself, I see how passionate not only the owner is, but all of his staff and members as well. I can’t recommend this place any more.”
