“I came to a trial camp with a member the beginning of October 2021 and quickly got hooked. I've never been someone who liked going to the gym. Mainly because I never knew what I was doing & it always seemed fruitless. I dreaded it.The trainers here are THE BEST & direct you on exactly what to do & walk around camp the entire time making sure everyone is in correct form. Our trainers know everyone's names AND their restrictions, if any. It truly baffles me how they do it, but it makes you feel seen & not like just another body in the room. I feel very lucky to be a part of this community. I actually look forward to going to camps every chance I get. ?”

“The place is nice and clean, the trainers are friendly and humble. This gym gave me family vibes. The exercises was challenging but also they teach low impact exercises. It's all done in your pace. It's definitely worth it! My favorite trainer was Daniel.”

“Found my new favorite spot when I’m in town visiting my husband’s family! Looked up a few CrossFit gyms nearby for a drop in or two and was a little leery as I’ve never been to another box outside of my home gym in Montco PA. Was pleasantly surprised to see the stereotype of “CrossFit people” once again debunked. Coach Darryck was welcoming and informative and everyone was kind and introduced themselves and chimed in when anyone got stuck on a movement. I arrived about 15 mins before class during a coach workout session and met a few other coaches who were equally kind and chatted with me. So refreshing to see another gym without the ego and cliques I’ve heard so much about. I’ll be back again soon for sure and recommending my husband’s aunt come and check it out as well.”
