“I usually do not write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. My mother and I traveled from Massachusetts to Jacksonville on Saturday 6/11/22 to attend funeral services for my brother in law who had just passed from a battle with ALS. My mom brought dresses with her however there was record breaking heat for the day of the service. She badly wanted something more weather appropriate, while on our way into White House Black Market at the Town Center, on Sunday 6/12/22 she felt faint, dizzy and couldn’t make the treck inside (my mom 79 has a pre-existing heart condition and heat and humidity make it very difficult for her) I went inside the store to look for her. I fell upon a beautiful light weight dress. I was torn on size and wanted my moms approval before I purchased. After speaking with one of the sales reps on the floor about my situation she came up with a plan to be able to show my mom the dress and check sizing, she actually brought the dress outside and walked it to the car with me. My mother just loved the dress and they had her size!!!! I want to THANK Jackie personally for going above and beyond and for being so accommodating. You made what was a very tough day a little more bearable!!! This location is very lucky to have her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Good selection of shoes. The buy one get one 50% is ki da a rip off because the selection of shoes that are allowed with that deal are limited. So its kind of a let down in that regard. They have pretty decent prices though. Just have to go and see what they have. They also have a discounted section.”

“There is a large variety of everything here except for what I need and/or always seem to be looking for...and that is cold-weather items. OK, I get it, this is Florida...but people do leave the state on trips during the wintertime now and then. It would be nice to have a few basics at least. Ho hum... Aside from the above...the selection is pretty broad and the employees are always helpful. I like coming in here to check out the sale items, etc. because you can get some good deals. There is plenty of parking as well...even for the location!”
