“All the employees were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful! I was asked many times if I was finding everything okay and if I needed any help. They have machines you stand on that measure your feet and see where you put the most pressure on your feet so you can find the best shoe for you. They have so many options to choose from and are happy to order anything they don't have at the moment. Of course running and sport shoes are expensive but my Hokas were actually cheaper here than the actual Hoka website. They also have a student discount if you're currently a student!”

“Wow! What a great place for large size men. This must be the nicest store with the largest selection for large sizes. Unlike past places where you felt like the red headed stepchild, this store makes effort to have a great selection of clothes you would want to wear in am environment where you feel as though you are valued enough for them to make an effort. If you physically fit the customer type, go out of your way to shop here at least once.”

“Me and my girlfriend walked into vans and got greeted very nicely by Chris and Jasmine they helped lace up shoes for us find exactly what we needed and we're very very very kind. They also had very nice conversations with us and helped us out with figuring out what we wanted. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a store in a while and I appreciate them taking the time even when the store was close to closing to take care of us. “Truth be told I like shopping at DSW better online than in the store. Normally the only time I come to the store is to return something OR to try on shoes I found online. This time I came here because my sister had to return something, so I was able to just look around while I was there. The store is so organized, with rows upon rows of shoes. Honestly, if you can't find something here, I'd be surprised. I also ran into their bathroom while I was there and it was clean and well appointed. The only thing I wish they had were paper towels versus a hand dryer. I will say that DSW has some great perks if you become a VIP member (it's free to sign up), where you'll receive exclusive coupons like $20 off of $50, $5 off on your birthday, etc. Parking here can be a bit problematic around the lunch and dinner crowd.”

“I usually do not write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. My mother and I traveled from Massachusetts to Jacksonville on Saturday 6/11/22 to attend funeral services for my brother in law who had just passed from a battle with ALS. My mom brought dresses with her however there was record breaking heat for the day of the service. She badly wanted something more weather appropriate, while on our way into White House Black Market at the Town Center, on Sunday 6/12/22 she felt faint, dizzy and couldn’t make the treck inside (my mom 79 has a pre-existing heart condition and heat and humidity make it very difficult for her) I went inside the store to look for her. I fell upon a beautiful light weight dress. I was torn on size and wanted my moms approval before I purchased. After speaking with one of the sales reps on the floor about my situation she came up with a plan to be able to show my mom the dress and check sizing, she actually brought the dress outside and walked it to the car with me. My mother just loved the dress and they had her size!!!! I want to THANK Jackie personally for going above and beyond and for being so accommodating. You made what was a very tough day a little more bearable!!! This location is very lucky to have her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

That was especially difficult because it's a great source of work clothes. I was in need of a new suit and hesitantly tried it again. What a difference a year makes! People of color worked there and many people were kind and helpful. I was able to find a great suit that fit well, which is a challenge. I'm glad this recent experience went so much better.”

“I've ventured into Carter's for the first time today to do a few returns, after having our first baby. I was greeted warmly by a lovely woman named Marisol and she was extremely helpful! She help me find each of the items that I was looking for and then quickly and easily processed my return, so I could jump back in the car and get home. She was very friendly and very efficient! The store was extremely clean and everything was very easy to locate. I cannot wait to come back hopefully in the near future. *Definitely check out the clearance area, there is a plethora of items and every size possible!!”

“I very rarely go to this store but was pleasantly surprised by their selection of products when shopping for an upcoming trip. A lot of their regular priced products seemed to be a little overpriced but their products that were on sale had comparable prices to Amazon. Unfortunately, there were a limited supply of the sale items and there's no other way to order the products on anything.They have a wide selection of everything and the store was easy to navigate. The employees were not as helpful as I would have liked them to be. It was kind of quiet in the store and I know it was close to the end of the night but they were unable to answer questions pertaining to their sales.I would shop here again.”

“SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE-read on: We live in Illinois but we were visiting Florida for my husband's meeting. It was summer vacation and we were looking for a homecoming dress for my daughter for the fall. I read the reviews for Clelia's and some of them sort of turned me off. We decided to visit her shop anyway and we were glad we did!My daughter found a short homecoming dress that we both agreed on but it wasn't in her size. It was a size 2 and she needed a size 4. They were to going to order the correct size and mail it to us in Illinois. So we paid and left with no dress in hand. I was a little nervous about this, but the dress came on time. Unfortunately it was still too small. We mailed the dress back (we paid postage) after we spoke to them and they were going to order a size 6. Unfortunately the dress was no longer available in a size 6. The shop offered a couple options, either a different color or they could alter the dress. The did not charge for the alterations or to mail it back to us. They made the size 4 larger through the torso and added an adjustable corset. It fit great!Their customer service was above and beyond fantastic! They probably realize we live too far away to be a repeat customer but that didn't stop them from helping us and being nice about it. We are "nobodies" from another state but through all this we had Clelia's cell phone number and the other lady too. It took multiple phone calls and the dress went from Florida to Illinois to Florida and finally back to Illinois. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!!!”
