“I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. I was greeted by Lizbeth and Rosalba and while explaining my phone issues Vanessa the area Manager came out to assist me.Customer service A+, Problem solving A+. I like the fact that I was there for a while and never felt like a number and all 3 were very attentive to my needs and concerns. This is a cricket that I would come back to because I know that they will get my concerns resolved and I will be treated like a customer and not a number. “My phone was beyond repair—my internal system as well as my external screen (front and back) were broken. I originally went to another T-Mobile store, and they pawned me off to a website, answered my questions with “I don’t know,” and had no intention of helping me. After coming to this location, I was greeted by Micheal and Anika who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They explained the different steps I could take as well as all my options for trade ins and any other questions I had! They helped me understand the process and informed me on my best deals! All in all, it was an amazing experience! Special shout out to Micheal for being awesome!”

“After a horribly disrespectful experience at the Atlantic Boulevard Woods location, I went to the location at Hodges and Beach. Employees at this location we're understanding, helpful, personable and treated me with respect. All of my questions were answered, all of my needs were met. “You need to find a way to disable Drive up as an option for the day if you will not be offering the service!!!!! I would have made other arrangements instead of coming in the car with two sleeping toddlers and no stroller expecting drive up to be available since the app allowed me to check in as usual while driving in. Other than that we love Target!”

“When my phone started acting up (missing calls and texts), my mom and I went to Verizon to see what they could do for us. Since we had older phones (Galaxy S10), we decided to upgrade to new ones. Verizon Specialist Don welcomed us in and showed us the available deals and options for upgrading. He was very thorough in helping us choose the best plans for us and providing all of the options for upgrading. We ended up choosing the Galaxy S24 due to the current promotion, which saved us the most money in the long run. The bundle we added on included multiple streaming services, which saved us money compared to what we had been paying for each one individually, helping us pay for the new phones. All the employees were friendly and helpful during our visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks, Don!”
