“My experience with Porsche Jacksonville has always been great. Big open facility that displays their cars wonderfully. Got my car serviced here one time and the staff were friendly and professional and even threw in a key ring for me. There’s always unique cars on display usually after an event, great way to learn about some of their older models as well as their high performance models and race cars. They also host many events such as the Classic Kickoff as well as the Caravans.Main reason for my review though was a great experience me and my friend had with Joey. I decided to take my friend to the dealership to spark an interest in Porsche. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Joey, we told him we were just checking out the cars. Joey went out of his way to show us and tell us about the many cars they had. He even offered us drinks. It eventually led to a tour of the place where he took us through the showroom, service area and the back lot. In the end he spent about half an hour with us and got an experience we weren’t expecting but absolutely cherished, since then my friend loves Porsche as a whole. I’ve also talked to Joey at Caffeine and Octane and he’s always cheerful and willing to talk with anyone who comes his way. If I ever buy a car here I know who I’m going to first. (Maybe I’ll even get the Nice Spec sticker)”

“I took my Mercedes to Oceanside Collision Monday morning, October 30. Thomas Livesay took a look at the front driver side panel and gave me an estimate to repair it. I thought is was very reasonable, so I told him to do the necessary repairs. I was expecting it to take a few days, so I had made arrangements for another vehicle. On Tuesday, I was so surprised to receive a voicemail from him telling me my Mercedes was fixed and I could pick it up. I could not get there until Wednesday morning and that was fine. Thomas was so easy to work with! He took such good care of my car, and even cleaned it before I got there.Thank you Thomas, and Oceanside Collision, for a superior job. If I have any more "booboos" on my cars, I will definitely take them to Ocean Collision Body Shop! Professional, courteous, fair prices!”

“Overall pretty good service. Only disappointing event was the fact I had to pay for a repair I didn't approve which was a fuse and it costed me $125 dollars. I'm pretty sure I could've replaced a fuse myself. Anyone in the Jacksonville area just know this is the only jaguar dealership in this area and they're usually overwhelmed with repairs and are booked for weeks and they don't offer loaner cars. There is one person that ALWAYS goes above and beyond and that's the female service person I believe her name is Mary. Roy thank you so much for all you did you just slightly missed the mark with the fuse issue. I love my Jag just wish servicing was better and more convenient. “I received AMAZING customer support from Lexi (my sales representative) & Kimberlynn (assistant manager). These two techs really went above and beyond to help me resolve my odd battery issue I was having. I originally bought my DieHard AGM battery from a store here in Jacksonville over two years ago. I remembered having to come to this distributors warehouse in order to pickup the battery and have it installed. However locating my original transaction proved to be taxing and difficult. In steps the dream team. Whenever you get good service it really sticks out. After all was said and done I walked out with good knowledge and a strong replacement battery for my F150. I will continue to buy parts for my vehicles from this company at this location. **public service announcement ** ALWAYS test your new battery purchase prior to having it installed in your vehicle. The date on the battery doesn't mean it's GOOD to GO. ALSO... don't mess with Lexi...she's STRONG! I saw her lift 4 different batteries to test them before replacing my bad one!”

“"Robert is awesome! He needs to be your manager! I came into the store, looking for a side-by-side. The first person I encountered was Byron. I was told he was the manager after the fact. He was very rude and condescending. I left the store and went to Honda. I wanted to compare something with the one at Honda so I came back to look at your vehicle again. When I walked in I encountered Robert. What a breath of fresh air! Excellent customer service and very very knowledgeable. Byron told me the vehicle was $3000 more than it actually was. “These guys were great. I had an issue with my spacers on my truck the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I had many of the spacer lug posts snap (they were installed by a different shop/company). The spacers changed my lug pattern so I had more options on rims as the Chevy Colorado has a unique bolt pattern. They went way out of their way to find a solution to the issues. I wanted to get away from using spacers as they almost caused me to loose a rim and tire on I10. They reached out to the company that made my lift kit to get options of rims that would fit my original Chevy bolt pattern. They were able to give me a few options and solve my issues. These guys were easy and great to work with. If you are customizing your vehicle definitely try these guys out. They are phenomenal and honest. I will definitely be going back to them for work on my truck.”
