“Single female, flat tire, scared and afraid. Drove across the street to Tires Plus on Atlantic. Walked in. The intake person was friendly. The tech looked at tire. Determined that it had to be replaced: I started to think about my dealership, so I called and they said I had road side assistance and that could tow the car in. I waited an hour on the tow truck when I called, they said I was in the cue. More than tired and anxious, I walked back into Tires Plus. The intake person was so welcomig and he said, “I can helo you.”My tire was replaced in less than 20 minutes. The best part is… the cost of the tire was half the cost of the dealership. I saved $400.
