“This is my local Publix and we frequent shopping here. We have always had a good experience, but yesterday was over the top excellent. I brought my toddler to the store with me to grab a quick couple of things for dinner. She was falling asleep in the shopping cart and as I went to check out, I realized I forgot my phone and my wallet at home. I went to customer service with $18 cash that I had on me and had the cashier ring me up. My total came out to $19 and some change. The cashier (Sherry) was so kind and applied a coupon to my purchase that I did not have, so that I could afford my groceries. Sherry went above and beyond for me and my family and I think she deserves recognition for that! This Publix truly is where shopping is a pleasure .”
“Typical and On brand per National Walmart Neighborhood Market standards. In our beach area that means it is a smaller building (for a walmart) with a limited supply of: groceries, OTC drugs, beach supplies and liquor + a limited hours pharmacy, all under one roof. What everyone needs in 1 place.”

“This is by far my favorite gas station to go to, despite another Tom Thumb being closer to my house, I still prefer this one. Why?? It kinda feels like going over to a friends house, when you walk in and feel comfortable, you feel welcome and at ease. Out of hundreds of visits, I've never had a single bad one. I call this one the Laredo Tom Thumb, and it will be my go-to store as long as possible.”

“The food prices are low, if you are on a tight budget it is very good, regarding vegetables you can find the same ones you see at WALMART so good for that part. But I was just looking for yogurt for my daughter in packages and I couldn't find it, so I was a little disappointed that they don't have it in the offer.”
“What's special about this DG is the staff and service. These individuals take pride in their work and I enjoy seeing the smiles when I go in. I'll choose this store over the other closer ones to me.”

“Incredibly kind staff. I pulled in to the gas station on my way home to Destin and I was having a bit of car trouble. the gentleman who was working behind the counter was so friendly and so helpful! I cannot stress enough how much he was. He got me back on the road and Lord knows how long I would’ve been stuck had he not helped me. Thank you.”
“My wife and I are in town from Colorado and she was completely out of her migraine medication that she needs to function. The insurance wouldn't fill it until we had already left town so we went to Publix to see if they could help us. Tracy at the pharmacy was amazing. She was patient and kind and helped us even though the transfer request was time-consuming and not easy to do. She was compassionate to my wife's health condition, and truly saved the trip for us. Thank you, Tracy!!!”
“After a failed attempt to grab breakfast anywhere in town that morning we ran into the Winn Dixie to grab something quick (muffins and fruit) and they had a wide selection of both and at great prices. Store was extremely clean and the cashier was super friendly!”

“Great Tom thumb. I have been coming here for years and this store is always nicer than any other. And the ladies that work here are always so nice. I have not caught her name yet, because she is always so busy, but the nice lady with the forearm tattoo always is sweet and has gone out of her way to help me a couple times. I stop at this store instead of the one closest to my house.”

“Ok I'm giving Tom thumb 5 but the guy behind the counter told me no when I asked to charge my e bike.. now I'm not sure if he knows this but it's one of those things you can be nice and say yes to even if you don't know the answer to the question!!! It's called common courtesy.. I'm thinking it's the country he comes from because if not then he's just a mean person.. dude learn to be nice to people when they run out of gas or battery.. you might need someone to be nice to you one day!!”

“My daughter, granddaughter & I stopped in on our way home from Pensacola. I had been trying to get over that way to visit the shop. I loved talking to the gentleman there and loved some of the new things that I found. Having a British mum, I loved some of the different treats and sweets. Both my daughter & granddaughter love Salt & Vinegar crisps. My granddaughter got her first taste of Walker's brand crisps. She agreed with her mum that they are better than the US brands. We will be making another trip to Pensacola in the future and will be stopping in again.”
