“Honestly, the best customer service I’ve received at retail store in a while. Chance was very helpful and attentive. He helped us chose the right size and even informed us that there was a nurse’s discount today (I’m a nurse). Morgan was very polite and professional as well. We came in for 1 pair of shoes for my sister and everyone in our group bought a pair because of the great service! Will stop in again when I’m in Key West.”

“This is the first location as you're approaching Key West! Nice big store that looks a little rough on the outside but worthy of a visit to complete your souvenir list! So much variety! There are tons of name brand and just normal printed t-shirts! This store is stocked beyond belief with every size, design, and color! If you can't find your gifts here and complete your list, there's something wrong! It's not the cleanest store or the friendliest employees! Give it a shot and enjoy it. You won't be disappointed!”

“The only reason for missing the other star is because of the sign that says get 4 shirts for $10, which isn't actual what it means, and is a tourist trap to get you to go in. However, I still recommend going in because they had about almost anything you would need for your trip down here and to take some gifts home. They did have a great selection of sizes ranging from small-large. Anything bigger in the plus size area was definitely harder to find and very limited.”

“The owner couple were holding down the fort after Fantasy Fest and we had a great experience. They introduced me to a new brand of slide Nuu Sol made in the Us and both were wearing the brand and educated me about them. They wear them every day and they wear well and have great traction. They compared and contrasted the various brands and answers all my questions and I walked out with a pair of cute slides. They have great arch support as well. After so much buying shoes on line and many returns, it was a great brick shop experience with experts. Highly recommend if in the market for flip flops, slides, hats, or they also had sneaker type shoes too.I may go back for another pass this trip!Update: went back next day and got a pair of Hey Dudes and had another great experience with another staff member.”
