I am rating this branch, not Wells Fargo overall. These people are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to take care of customers.

This is the worst bank I have ever used. Never answer the phone and turned my savings account over to the state. Also my checking account. Any time I have reached someone they say they wickle follow up and not once has that happened. BEWARE BEFORE YOU PUT ANY MONEY IN THIS BANK. Susan Westring Manson

No longer offer client services unless you make an appointment. Which is a problem as they often don't have availability for more than a week.
