I soon as you enter the store staff greet you. They offer to assist you and provide you with advice on pet food and other items they sell. They make you feel welcome. Awesome environment! Yesterday was no different. Thank you!

The staff is super knowledgeable and caring. The manager, Dawn, custom ordered me exactly what I needed. She delivered 40 boxes of heavy cat food to my 2nd floor coach home. The customer service (in an age of apathy and NO customer service) is outstanding.

OMGOSH this store is AMAZING!! Tried all different doggie treats not found at other stores with no worry ...you can return items if your picky pup turns his nose up! Katie was most helpful with all of her knowledge! Thanks Katie (Naples store)!
