“I have been a customer here, at this location for quite a few years, since their opening. The employees have always been very kind, some more knowledgable than others. The one issue which I noticed was that the pets for sale, particularly the bunnies, looked sickly & their cages were filthy!!! More recently, I have noticed that there has been a huge change! Different staff, and the animals looked a LOT healthier, and their cages were CLEAN!!! Well maintained! About a month ago, I went in to purchase mealworms for my leopard gecko. There was a new girl there named Tammie, who was obviously covering the WHOLE STORE, by herself! I was promptly assisted, and ever since, EVERY time that I've gone into this location, I have noticed a HUGE Difference! I finally bought a Bunny from them. Tammie spent a LOT of time answering ALL of my questions, instructing me on how to care for the Bunny, as well as going around the store helping me to pick out everything that I would need for the Bunny which I was purchasing. She was simultaneously holding down the store, making sure that everyone was being taken care of in the process. I was impressed! I truly hope that this company recognizes her value! This store has had a total turn-around for the better since I've seen this new staff! Thank you, Tammie, for ALL of your assistance, professionalism, & for being a true example of what Customer Service PAR EXCELLENCE truly is!!!”

“So far, this is my favorite pet store out of Pet Supplies Plus, Petco, and PetSmart. The prices aren't really an issue as they price match so you can get items much cheaper than they're listed for in store. They seem to know what they're doing with their animals (when I went there was a bunny, hamsters, and birds). The store had a very nice atmosphere but it would be nice if the store had signs or if it was easier to see across the store to find what you're looking for. The staff was friendly and helped my grandmother and I figure out some alternatives to some things we would purchase from another pet store. One of the ladies suggested a bone and my dog is still eating and loving it! They have a really good selection of hamster stuff which is what definitely made me want to come back. I'm afraid to order hamster carefresh bedding off of Amazon because it seems (as per the reviews) people find a way to return used bedding and it gets sold to others, so finding a pet store that I can price match with is amazing! They didn't have a large selection of the bedding but they had the 3 kinds I need, the food I buy, plenty of toy options, and a lot of treats! They also had some cat treats I've never seen before that we picked up for our dog (just freeze dried shrimp). Overall, this is a fantastic store and I honestly can't wait to go again!”

“I have been coming here since my sweet baby nova was 8 weeks old. she has only seen Zach and he takes the absolute best care of her. she is a cattle dog so naturally she is freaken crazy and does tend too nip , but every time she goes in she comes out looking like a million bucks . I have taken my old roommates dog too him I have taken my new French bulldog here. if you ever need a groomer go see Zach , he takes the time too care and love your dog like his own. he evens lets her do laps in cutting area too help her get her energy out. absolutely love him thank you for taking care of every one of my babies I bring in Zach.”

“Shopping for the gang is easy at Petsmart, they have a good variety of pet food and supplies. If you sign up, you can also get discounts. Petsmart offers a variety of quality pet foods, at prices the grocery store can't match. In addition, I can always find something that my two fussy yorkies will enjoy. Finding a 40 pound bag of dog food can be a challenge, but my two large dogs can demolish a bag of food in a hurry. Petsmart still offers quality, large size bags. In a store like Petsmart, shopping monthly is a convenient and easy way to stock up. The store has decent parking and good access from the main road. If there are more than a few people, they have all the registers going. Finding a clerk can sometimes be difficult, but it depends on when you shop. I have not used the grooming service that is available at this store, so I can't speak for that. The store itself is a good place to stock up on items for your pets.”
