Our response: The much deliver to you was NOT infested with termites, as we have our products checked often. We advised you to come by and look at our products in order for you to choose what you wanted. You would have noticed anything at that time. You did not.
The owner stopped by your home, as you agreed, and, you were given an honest opinion to which you agreed.
You were also advised prior to digging a pond, you should apply for a permit, but, you did it yourself. You also had someone dig around your house with equipment which more than likely dug up the termites, and, the odor which you are referring to.
And, our tomatoes are purchased at the market. We have never had any issues. You also continued to accept them each time you came to the business.
As far as your dogs--you brought your dogs to our business, not on leashes, as required by Florida Law. We did put our dogs in the house so your dogs could run, and, also gave them water.
This is the home for our dogs--so they have free run on our property. So, bringing your dogs to not just a place of business, but, also to a home with other dogs is your responsibility, no one else. And, again, you should have had them on a leash.
Sorry for your issue, but you were happy with everything until you did additional work on your property which more than likely caused most of your problems. We did try working with you, but you also had other discussions which likely changed you outlook.
We strive for happy customers, and, can not please everyone, however, we rarely have issues, and, then are taken care of. We have a long-lasting relationship with the majority.
We know you are new to the area, but, we are a great community and help each other and everyone does their part in doing so.”

“My wife and son went there today to purchase a surprise Fathers Day Weber Slate 30" Rust-Resistant Griddle. They figured it would fit in our SUV, it did not so they had to go to plan B. This plan B was totally "ADHOC" which my family seems to be good at. To make a long story very short to get the Weber Slate home today they had to pay for in store assembly , rent a van from Home Depot have the Slate loaded into the van drive home and then return the van back to Home Depot and drive back in our SUV back home. But I always give credit and kudos where its do. The Customer Experience Manager Junior Gonzalez deserves 6 stars if I could possibly give it to him .
