Terrible service. Lots of people in cubes with no attention paid to the customer. They don't wait on you in the order you came in. The guy at the front is rude. Take your business elsewhere. Terrible place. Not at all like BOFA NYC

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. They never answer the phone! They give you the option to talk to someone then it rings and rings with no one picking up. How does a bank conduct their business this way? I am so done with them!
