Leland Glesmer has been our service manager since we bought our car in January 2022. He is very knowledgeable. He knows what their service team can do. He finds a way to get the job done. The service he and his colleagues have given us (and others!) increases our support for the entire Germain team, especially for "Lee." Today, I write the day after we had 50,000 mile service for our vehicle. It's in great shape thanks to the work of Lee and the team at Germain.

Not sure how this dealership has such great reviews. Either everyone is happily being ripped off or the dealership is paying to have bad reviews deleted. I was just offered the following ‘deal’ for a 2025 UX300h F Sport : $898 per month 36 months after $5,000 down for 7500 miles a year. I can’t believe anyone in their right mind could hit send on such an absurd offer. I’m currently in a UX F Sport that I leased new in 2021 with 0 down, 10,000 miles a year and I’m paying less than half of that monthly. Not to mention, multiple regional specials are offering UX and NX leases less than 550 monthly.

Easy to contact and so very helpful with technical questions. Cris Domingues the business manager was so efficient and helpful.
