I went to this Chase Branch today and the Front Desk lady turned me down very quickly saying that Chase doesn't offer Personal Loans nor Car Refinance options. I'm wondering what's the purpose of a Bank Institution that does not help their clients and I'm considering moving to another place.

Rude Customer Service people do not know how to do simple tasks. There was barely people there and I don't understand why I had to wait 20 minutes for someone who can't do there job

Wanted to start my checking and savings account they turned me down saying they had no time to help me. Lost a future customer. Absolutely atrocious. Chase is a disgrace!

This bank has always had some sort of problem. Whether it's rude staff or the atm not dispensing cash. There is always some kind of issue. I would think twice about coming to this bank if I were you!

So I went to the atm to withdrawl money and the atm decided to withdrawl the money back into the machine within seconds of it dispersing. Confused, I went into the bank to tell my situation to one of the tellers, after a few words and minutes of her explaining that it rarely happens and she doesnt know why, I find myself in a room on the phone with a Chase specialist, who transferred me three times to someone who Im assuming who is special enough to finally tell me, "Hey, I notice our atm robbed your money, lets get this situated getting your money valuable time back, " they gave me a trespass. If that what it takes to make up for the pennies you make, and try to take. Not being allowed in your lobby does not stop the money flow lol S.N. Watch your money with Chase's atm's! I need that one star OFF google!!

Awful branch. Don't expect any help here. They just want to upsell you to other chase products (i.e. investments). I went there to get a signature guarantee for my wife, we ended up with an account closed with no explanation and they are holding our funds for an indeterminate period while they make sure the check we deposited is good. (cashiers check from another bank). Total liars and dissemblers. There are plenty of other banks in Naples with good customer service--don't go here!
