Since we joined this branch the customer service doesn’t exist - they rude! Trying to see the manager and we just sitting there and just left!! I plan to take my account away from Chase!!!

Shen was fantastic he was very polite and extremely helpful.

Apparently Chase is too busy and does not want any new accounts. One person working there with a full schedule, while the manager holds too high of a position to assist and bring Chase new clients. I'll go to another local bank that actually can help!
