“Wow! I been to most of the Wells Fargo's in Naples and one is probably the Best in all of Naples! Last week I stopped in to cash a check & this one afternoon the bank was very crowded & busy. First I was greeted with a friendly "hello" when I came into the bank. Then when I got to a teller she apologized for the wait.The service manager Darla Zenuni was supervising at the time behind the glass. I watched as I seen her handle three issues or problems going on with the staff (tellers)at the same time. Darla is a real professional & took care of each issue one at a time.... all with a smile on her face. The Staff at this Wells Fargo location is Super friendly and Darla is Amazing!”

“Great customer service at this branch! After several attempts, this was the branch that came through. Curtis was very helpful.I had an issue and had called the 800 number, only to be disconnected after waiting 25 minutes. I set up a call-back appointment, and no one called. I finally called a couple local branches, and this was the one were a real live human picked up the phone! I came in after work, and sat down with someone that actually helped me! It was a trivial problem, but there isn't option in the phone menu that fit. My app didn't have the answer.One day, I hope banking finds it economical to put humans back in service, after the app let's us down.”

“I joined LMCU in 2021 when I refinanced my home with them. I opened a checking and savings account at that time. Whenever I come in to this branch they always make me feel like a friend. The Branch Manager is Lisbel Lora and she always makes herself available if I need to discuss a loan. Kim Shows the Head Teller is always so friendly and helps me immensely - if she sees that I'm in a hurry to get back to work she will complete my transaction and email me the receipt. Kim is the nicest teller I have ever worked with. I, also have to thank Catherine Kimpland a Member Service Rep who always is available to help me with great service. My New Years resolution is to move all my banking to LMCU because of this outstanding service of this branch. It is my pleasure to share this with everyone because they always go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank everyone at this LMCU Branch on Vanderbilt Drive in Naples”
