“A friend at a big Naples Bank referred us to LMCU for a mortgage. If you move your accounts over to them they can offer you a great mortgage.We were ready to change banks anyway so we did. The mortgage terms and rate were very good. We know they won't sell our mortgage like previous banks or builders. Doug Martin was efficient and sent a a stamp with our new address as a gift which I used right away. What a great gift for a new home buyer! The bank accounts are working out just fine. They have put branches in a lot of convenient places. Everytime we go in, we are greeted in a friendly way. Glad we made the change.”

“I was at the Bonita Springs Suncoast Credit Union today and meet with Julissa Gonzalez. I had several issues with my accounts and 500 million questions in addition to all my other issues. Mrs Gonzalez was super friendly and understanding and was able to answer every question I had and even offered me great ideas I had not even considered… I have never had such a great experience with a bank or banker in my life. I want to thank and commend Mrs Gonzalez on how great of a job she did with and for me today! Banks all say things “banking with you in mind” or “banking your way” but today she was able to to implement those mindsets other preach and when I thanked her she said “ I am glad your happy, but I am just doing my job”. This woman is the miracle banker!!!”

“Time to revise the opinion about this branch. Most of reviews are from several months ago and are likley about employees who are no longer there. BMO has changed a lot of things in their business model over this year.I am a transitioned customer from another acquired bank and was welcomed into this bank in a very friendly manner. I came inside twice and once to the outside window of the Bonita Springs branch on Bonita Beach Road. The cashiers were mature, professionally dressed & behaving adults, which is no longer to be taken for granted. They treated me with warmth and respect both times. The banker, Bruna, is also friendly yet professional, very patient, and on the top of things.I have received help from Bruna twice now (once over the phone when the transitioned BMO call center was not helpful) and she has given me several pieces of very good advice both times. Bruna is a very knowledgeable banker and looks out for your - customer's - best interests. Also, she can advice one on which accounts have fees and which do not and right now (fall 2023) At this time BMO offers competitive terms compared to the other banks. In other words, disregard bad reviews from 7-12+ months ago, visit a Bonita Springs branch, and seek help from Bruna, if you are not having a positive customer experience.”

“A pretty decent group of bankers. We needed to conduct some business and close an account here. After a brief wait (lunch time and a wave of customers?), we were tended to efficiently and accurately. This is not a huge bank. Tellers are sparse, as it seems this S & L does mostly investing and loans. We were treated very professionally and were in and out in a relatively short period of time. We were pleased. Parking here is a bit weird, as the bank is tucked in a section of a shopping complex with concrete barriers to weave around before you can find a spot. Go to the traffic light just south of the bank for the easiest access and exit.”

“We have been a long time customer of the bank, as i was concerned about the merger the bank staff reassured us that everything would be the same as before. All the staff is extremely helpful. Today we called Harmony on a charge we were unsure of and within 15 mins i had a call back with all the info needed. I love that when walking in or even in the drive thru they know our names immediately and treat us like family. Thanks”

“That's my go to bank. Have had my share of troubles with the financial advisor on 951 and 41 in Naples Fl. James my advisor cost me probate fees to the tune of over 4,000. Why, because he did the paperwork wrong at my cost to the large sum I had to pay, for Mr. James Rocco. I have another advisor Trudell Kolpack. So far so good, still thinking about changing banks, for Wells Fargo has cost me alot of money. Sad, I've been with you since Wacova. Wish I had more faith in my bank! Lori L. Greco”
