“I have been with truist aka suntrust bank for 22 yrs with same original acct. I'm using a new branch bc we have moved back to area. I have met 2 super nice ladies so far that are very knowledgeable of banking. The lady today was Ms. JANET A. she helped us do something that we have never done before. Make a wire transfer. We got there at 4pm. And omgoodness what a fine, kind, sweet, knowledgeable person. She answered all my questions within looking at us like we should know this. She took the time to listen. Answered questions. Helped us get on our way. And I found out the wire got there already.!!!! Don't hesitate to talk to her in English or Spanish. She NOT A RUDE person. With soo many different people (nationalities coming into bank) She is sweet an kind with a smile that relaxed us. We are from the Tennessee state where we don't come across rude people. An I'm proud I met her. The bank has a good one here. A keeper. And she can spell out numbers like Eight or Three lol”
