“I came in today to cash my settlement check. When I walked in everyone lol I mean everyone greeted me. I’m not from down here and it really felt good to be welcomed like that. I wish everyone at my bank was like these staff. The manager had to come over as they got my cash and she held a conversation with me and helped me setup my GPS to get home. If you’re from Michigan yes there is a LMCU here in Lakeland. Other people put negative comments here. But based on my experience they’re very good. Each experience is different.”
