Checked my phone to get address but all other banks said closed EXCEPT this one which said OPEN!!!!!So I figured that they were having an open house or something cause that was the only bank that said OPEN!! Our experience at the Lakeland branch was great. Joely, Relationship Banker, was extremely helpful, polite and cheerful. Immediate help with a banking problem.

Can't speak highly enough of my experience with the Lakeland branch. They always take care of me- pampered is not a word I choose lightly when explaining how I feel every time I go in to bank.
