“I visited three different Chase branches . No one was able to help me. I travel 45 minutes to this branch 6860 miramar parkway. I walked in a woman say hello how can I help you? I told her I need help with my online banking .' She said to me all of my banker's is currently with a customers'. She ask for my name and a phone number she can call me when someone is averrable. I give her my name and phone number. Not even 10 minutes after she called me to come inside the branch. she called the online banking department for me. She was on hold for 25 minutes. Other employees was calling her for help. She was helping them and me. I feels so bad I didn't get her name.She was able to help restore my online banking. I live in Miami this branch is about 45 minutes from my house. I will stop by again to get her name.”
