“Ace hardware is the place I go when I need a specific piece of hardware and knowledgable service. In this case, I needed a lock box key made and was not willing to pay $10 for it to be ordered at the self-service machine at Walmart. Here it was 2 for $5 and done as I waited. Thank you, guys. “If you are looking for incredible customer service at a paint store then I highly recommend the Niceville Sherwin-Williams paint store. I am writing this review because the customer service Lisa has given us is nothing short of incredible. She has helped us sort through every possible gray or white color in the inventory with a smile and absolute professionalism. She knows a lot about paint and will always take time to show you what the different types look like. For example, I wasn’t sure about putting a satin or semi-gloss finish on my cabinets, and she offered to show me the difference by putting my desired color on two pieces of paper. No matter how busy the store is she never makes us feel rushed and fields basic questions about how to put sample paint on the wall. Thank you Lisa!”

“I have been going here for 20 years. You can't walk five feet without being helped. They have most everything you need. I always feel like I got the better deal when I walk away from this store, because even though I only paid the same price I would have at Homeless Despot for most things, the service and convenience of their staff is always an HUGE value added. I recognize the same faces I have seen for years, and take solace in knowing these pros are dedicated to their job. I hope they never change.”
