“Well stocked, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fantastic hardware store. This ACE is definitely customer focused. I was greeted and shown where the bolts are located and a few minutes later another staff member asked if they could help. This ACE is not like the Big Box stores where no one can help and the staff seems to dissappear. They have a wall of AC filters, Crab traps! Fishing Equipment and accessories! We were vacationing, but we always seem to stop by to pickup something.”

“If you are looking for incredible customer service at a paint store then I highly recommend the Niceville Sherwin-Williams paint store. I am writing this review because the customer service Lisa has given us is nothing short of incredible. She has helped us sort through every possible gray or white color in the inventory with a smile and absolute professionalism. She knows a lot about paint and will always take time to show you what the different types look like. For example, I wasn’t sure about putting a satin or semi-gloss finish on my cabinets, and she offered to show me the difference by putting my desired color on two pieces of paper. No matter how busy the store is she never makes us feel rushed and fields basic questions about how to put sample paint on the wall. Thank you Lisa!”
