“I came here to get 50 bags of gravel the other day and a guy named Connor who I think worked in lawn and garden helped me load it all with zero hesitation and he could not have been any friendlier! “We had an exterior paint shade from the discontinued brand Olympic mixed at the FWB store and even though the shade came up on their computer it ended up far lighter than expected. We went to the Destin FL paint department and both Brett and Yanique explained to us that the Valspar base wouldn’t result in the Olympic shade we were wanting. Sure wish the girls in FWB had told us this info! We chose another color chip from the Destin paint department and after it was mixed the color is perfect. Thank you Brett and Yanique, you two are the best!”

“I must say, Michele and Melton were lifesavers! These two employees went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of patio chairs. They kept me informed as they located the chairs in boxes, had to move other merchandise to free up space to retrieve the large boxes from the top shelf in the garden center, and as they navigated the best way to get them to my car. I might add, before Michele helped me, a separate employee (female) before her seemed too busy to help and suggested I buy the chairs online. Michele was a breath of fresh air and Melton was the hero to make magic happen. My sincere thanks to Home Depot and these two wonderful employees.”

“The absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER by Jayme. Thank you so very, very much. I was at Lowe's yesterday, 10 September 2023. I needed to purchase a new gas grill and cover. Jayme helped me with getting the grill I wanted (from the back storeroom), he brought it through the cash lane for me, wheeled it out to curb and placed into the back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I never had to do anything...he did it all for me. Soooo professional, courteous and so VERY helpful. A BIG SHOUT OUT for Jayme...one of Lowe's VERY BEST Sales Reps. A huge Thank you Jayme. “The staff at this location are absolutely perfect! Every one of them is amazing, professional, and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with the customer service.The location is great, about a quarter mile from my house.The prices, though, are almost double that of the same products at Home Depot and Lowes. And, from experience, never buy an Ace Hardware brand product. The last straw was a roll of Ace brand duct tape. It sticks to NOTHING! Not even itself! I tried to tape up a box to ship, the tape just fell off like it was just paper.”
