“The staff at this location are absolutely perfect! Every one of them is amazing, professional, and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with the customer service.The location is great, about a quarter mile from my house.The prices, though, are almost double that of the same products at Home Depot and Lowes. And, from experience, never buy an Ace Hardware brand product. The last straw was a roll of Ace brand duct tape. It sticks to NOTHING! Not even itself! I tried to tape up a box to ship, the tape just fell off like it was just paper.”

I always feel like I got the better deal when I walk away from this store, because even though I only paid the same price I would have at Homeless Despot for most things, the service and convenience of their staff is always an HUGE value added. I recognize the same faces I have seen for years, and take solace in knowing these pros are dedicated to their job. I hope they never change.”
“Ace hardware is the place I go when I need a specific piece of hardware and knowledgable service. In this case, I needed a lock box key made and was not willing to pay $10 for it to be ordered at the self-service machine at Walmart. Here it was 2 for $5 and done as I waited. Thank you, guys. “I must say, Michele and Melton were lifesavers! These two employees went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of patio chairs. They kept me informed as they located the chairs in boxes, had to move other merchandise to free up space to retrieve the large boxes from the top shelf in the garden center, and as they navigated the best way to get them to my car. I might add, before Michele helped me, a separate employee (female) before her seemed too busy to help and suggested I buy the chairs online. Michele was a breath of fresh air and Melton was the hero to make magic happen. My sincere thanks to Home Depot and these two wonderful employees.”

“Went here with my husband for something particular. We couldn’t find it anywhere so I asked a floor associate, he looked it up on his device & found that it was up at the very top in the storage on a back isle. He got a big ladder, found the boxes of the item & got me a pack out. I was so grateful, we had been to 3 stores already looking for this item. The associate could not have been more pleasant or helpful. We had good conversation as well.”

“The absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER by Jayme. Thank you so very, very much. I was at Lowe's yesterday, 10 September 2023. I needed to purchase a new gas grill and cover. Jayme helped me with getting the grill I wanted (from the back storeroom), he brought it through the cash lane for me, wheeled it out to curb and placed into the back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I never had to do anything...he did it all for me. Soooo professional, courteous and so VERY helpful. A BIG SHOUT OUT for Jayme...one of Lowe's VERY BEST Sales Reps. A huge Thank you Jayme.
