“The final product is fine, getting there was a bit of an issue.The folks who work here are very polite and friendly. We dropped our car off for body work and were told we would get updated by phone, I think twice a week. We didn't, so I had to call. The delivery date was extended because they were waiting for a part and something from insurance. Had I been notified of this, I could have helped move this along a bit faster (the insurance part anyway).The car had to go back for some minor issues, I called to talk to someone and they "took a message". When I hadn't heard back, I called again and the man I wanted to speak with said he had gotten a message, but no name or phone number even though I gave it to the person taking the message. ???♀️We scheduled a return for service and they paid for a rental car for us while they took care of the issues. We really appreciated that!Overall they're a good company, they just need to figure out their communication issues. No one likes to be left hanging wondering what is going on and when they will be able to pick up their vehicle. Delays are a part of the auto repair industry and expected at times, but being informed about these delays helps avoid frustrated and upset customers.Would I go back, maybe not, but simply because it's almost an hour drive for us. Would I recommend them, yes, I would, they did quality work and took care of my concerns. Many places these days just don't want to be bothered with quality workmanship or good customer service.”

Adrianna called the car rental on my behalf to settle pickup. Service rep John was great as well. Always in constant communication. Repair was completed earlier than expected, which was awesome. “Totally pleased over the years with this store location..but they went over the top fixing my truck. The parts sales manager Michael C. listened and help troubleshoot the no fuse issue with my one ton Dodge Diesel 3500 truck. He not only googled when I told him I don't have good reception at my ranch but found the problem. He even me go over the postings so we found the fix. He even found the corroded fuse and replaced it. Fixing my no fuse issue. Then he also checked my alternator seeing I was correct on the driver's side battery being defective. I was happy I purchased the batteries under warranty as well so the battery was replaced at no charge. You rock. Thanks”

“Got a flat tire, pulled into their shop, and Luke got us in and out in no more than 15 mins. And with a pregnant wife and 2 yr old in the car, it couldn’t have been appreciated more. He didn’t try to sell us on a new tire right away, but first checked if the flat could be repaired. $20 for the flat repair and mounted back on. Honest, good people here.
