“The final product is fine, getting there was a bit of an issue.The folks who work here are very polite and friendly. We dropped our car off for body work and were told we would get updated by phone, I think twice a week. We didn't, so I had to call. The delivery date was extended because they were waiting for a part and something from insurance. Had I been notified of this, I could have helped move this along a bit faster (the insurance part anyway).The car had to go back for some minor issues, I called to talk to someone and they "took a message". When I hadn't heard back, I called again and the man I wanted to speak with said he had gotten a message, but no name or phone number even though I gave it to the person taking the message. ???♀️We scheduled a return for service and they paid for a rental car for us while they took care of the issues. We really appreciated that!Overall they're a good company, they just need to figure out their communication issues. No one likes to be left hanging wondering what is going on and when they will be able to pick up their vehicle. Delays are a part of the auto repair industry and expected at times, but being informed about these delays helps avoid frustrated and upset customers.Would I go back, maybe not, but simply because it's almost an hour drive for us. Would I recommend them, yes, I would, they did quality work and took care of my concerns. Many places these days just don't want to be bothered with quality workmanship or good customer service.”

“Came up there to get my hood bent back into shape as it wasn't opening or closing properly (hitting the cowl). The fine gentleman not only offered to fix it for a reasonable price, I was able to drive up there, and have it done the same day. And on top of that, when they weren't able to get it as perfect as they liked, they didn't even charge me, even after I continually offered. Thank you for helping me out and if I can afford the additional body work after I get the quote I'll definitely go with you guys. Super nice and clean lobby by the way too.”

“I was at the counter and the guy Avis really helped me out. I dropped my sunglasses and they came apart, one of the screws fell loose and I couldn't get it back in. He helped get the screw back in my glasses , and I am thankful for the help!”

“This store has fulfilled my automotive needs (which are plenty) for a couple years now. They usually have most parts in stock, and prices for consumables are great. For instance, easy-cheese can of Permatex Ultra Black was $24.99, and Amazon sells for $30.I was skeptical when the store first opened - staff of mostly younger guys, thinking they don't know parts, but they clearly have a passion for the industry and are quite knowledgeable, unlike some other stores in town. There are exceptions of course; a couple guys in there are not firing on all cylinders for sure, but the guys I see the most are Tiago, Walder, and a younger guy with curly hair. They are on point - knowledgeable, quick to find what I need, good conversation, and are always multitasking to get people in and out quickly. Love this place, wouldn't go anywhere else now.”

“Got a flat tire, pulled into their shop, and Luke got us in and out in no more than 15 mins. And with a pregnant wife and 2 yr old in the car, it couldn’t have been appreciated more. He didn’t try to sell us on a new tire right away, but first checked if the flat could be repaired. $20 for the flat repair and mounted back on. Honest, good people here. If you need any assistance in tires/wheels go see Luke.”
