“I must say that I'm new to the area. Our house is brand new and we didn't have a mailbox the first week. I expected some hiccups even when we finally got our mailbox. After our mailbox was installed I had 3 packages delivered to my neighbor on a different road (a mile or so away) on 2 different days, and half of our paper mail so far has been delivered there as well. You might wonder why I gave 5 stars, it's because when I submitted a complaint online I was called back the same day and was assured the issue will be resolved. That is impressive! I might update this depending on if the issue really is resolved, but so far I'm impressed. I also had a good experience inside the post office when I asked if there's anything particular I needed to do about the mailbox installation. The woman who helped me was very informative.Update: My issue was totally resolved within a day! It's now been several days and I had the privilege of speaking to my mail carrier. She apologized for the mis-deliveries. She was very nice and professional!”
