He is so friendly and always makes sure we find what we need before leaving the store. He makes the difference at this store and deserves a raise , as he is the reason my husband and I and many friends decide to go to this Dollar General location for a quick stop, instead of other stores!”

“They now have self checkouts and posters of MHA and other things on the posters yet they are $5.00 so if something is marked higher than $1.25 then it is! And as long as this franchise has been opened never was there a price hike! That just goes to show we are in trouble economic wise! I'm on SSD and everything is going up except our checks. I wasn't looking to be disabled at such a young age yet here I am! But the store is nice and tidy this store has a freezer so they can sale frozen foods as where some doesn't have that option. I do like the self checkouts so I can put my things in the bags as I like so I'm not coming home with so many plastic bags. It accepted cash, EBT or other cards for now which was nice cuz I had cash this day. So it's not EVERYTHING'S A $1 OR $1.25 SUCH AS THE POSTERS so do pay attention to certain items that are new to the store and the price shown. I knew it was too good to be only $1.25 and hoped the $5.00 was in the box from another store where they may have gotten them from. So U can self checkout if U like which I do, I'm not taking other people's jobs didn't believe that when Walmart began their self checkout. There usually wasn't enough lines open beforehand and was long waiting time.. I'm just not checking myself out knowing I'm on camera then having to prove myself honest by stopping and letting someone else look at my receipt and items. That's ridiculous! And a waist of my time. I'm glad this $Tree doesn't do that. So stop in and save some money even though it's not a single dollar anymore you still pay less than what the items are worth at other places,! Happy shopping!”
