“I have been an Autozone customer for decades but I have NEVER had the type of service and commitment that I received over the past couple of weeks from Erin, the Parts Specialist at the Middleburg, Florida store. Once my truck threw a computer code, Erin was very meticulous in researching and explaining what it could be and looking up the related parts. Over a couple of weeks I came back in and worked with Erin agsin to try and make chsnges without spending an arm and a leg on useless solutions. She was such a huge help!”

“The battery on my car failed on one of the hottest days. Five year old battery so no big surprise. AAA came, jumped it and thought it would be ok after letting it run. Failed again. Called Advanced Auto and Emmett said he could test it and help me. He was wonderful. He tested. Showed me the results and got a new battery installed and back on the road.
This is my second great experience at this store. Two years ago came in with our old truck and was ready to purchase a battery. They tested and said “you don’t need a new battery. Don’t let people take your money.” They said it needed a repair shop and we did. I like honest workers! I will be back to this store!! Thank you, Emmett!

“Everybody there knows what they're doing very clean store if they don't know how to do something or fix something they will figure it out with a certified person or call somebody that's not there and figure it out and explain how to do it for you they will print you diagrams awesome awesome store will definitely go back”

“Today, I had an employee named Victoria go way above & beyond the level of customer service, & I'm so grateful for her. I found out I needed a new battery, after being stranded for a short time this morning. I came to the Middleburg Walmart after work, in hopes I still had a warranty. Victoria took extra measures to try to find out if it was within the time frame, which luckily it was. However, I needed to have someone switch it out, I have zero knowledge on that sort of thing. The service department was extremely busy, & there were quite a few service mechanics about to clock out, including Victoria. So once she got off the clock, she had me bring my car over beside hers. She pulled out a pretty awesome & well stocked toolbox, & changed my battery for me in the parking lot before going home. I just couldn't thank her enough for helping me, she's truly an angel, & I'll forever be grateful for her help today!!”
