“My truck broke down traveling home on I-75. AAA recommended towing to Carrsmith, which I did. When I arrived, I was greeted by Charles the service manager. He was very professional and explained to me in detail the tests that would be performed to diagnose the problem. I left to have lunch, and was texted & emailed from Charles throughout the day with updates on my truck. Charles was amazing, and considering the amount of work that was needed to repair my truck, it was repaired in a timely fashion and I was able to get home later that day! “I tore my front bumper off backing out of driveway. It was terrifying! This shop is less than 5 min from my home. It was late but I called and went in and the young African man was able to get the bumper back on until I could get to a body shop. I’m still riding around with the zip ties and screws he put in lol. He only charged me 30.00!!! This was months ago! Great place. Not the All Service/AllCars kinda of place but good mechanics on staff willing to do what they can.
