Deposit was taken for a set of wheels (we never confirmed the exact wheels or specs). Order was cancelled a week later before I locked in the exact wheels / specs. Nothing had been done besides some emails with the sales rep. Deposit was not refunded even though I was never told it was "nonrefundable."
